FAFIA published a ground-breaking paper on “Canada’s Commitment to Gender Equality: A Gender Analysis of Federal Budgets 1995-2004.”UNPAC and the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives (which publishes an Alternative Federal Budget and some Alternative Provincial Budgets every year) co-chaired the 2006 Manitoba Alternative Provincial Budget. CCCPA-BC's Alternative Budget 2006 is called "Budgeting for Women's Equality."
