We are accepting applications for volunteers who are passionate about women’s equality and looking for a way to put that passion to work. UNPAC is committed to having volunteers who reflect the diversity of women we represent, which includes ethnicity, sexuality, age, economic status and rural/urban.
We are currently looking for four board members. It is a working board. Members should be ready to commit up to 6 hours a month. Our vacancies include the Treasurer and Personnel Chair. Application deadline is April 30. The election of new members takes place at the AGM on May 21.
Other volunteers are welcome, especially in the areas of fundraising (2), public engagement (education and advocacy) (2), conference planning (1), and research and gender analysis (1).
Please forward a letter of interest, telling us something about yourself and what you could contribute to UNPAC (info@unpac.ca). Volunteer training provided. |
